Will replaced my very sad wooden porch with concrete and a really nice vinyl railing. The crew were all really nice and efficient, work was well done. Work finished late fall, so I'm anxious to use it this spring. I am looking to have them do more projects this year.

The service we received from Willy was outstanding! We needed a railing added on to our back porch and needed it done quickly. He came out to do the job with in days and did a great job!!! Build or Replace Wheelchair Ramp

Willy and his workers are wonderful. They put up a movable handicap ramp for me, and I needed it done ASAP or I was going to lose my mobile wheel chair because there was no way to get it into the house. They were going to have to send it back Monday if I didn't figure out something. He came the next day and actually removed a section of wrought iron and built a beautiful deck and then cut it in half so it would be able to be moved by my wife and daughter. He put back a gate and it was done perfectly. They do near perfect work and once they start working, there is always somebody working, they never all stop and leave and come back two hours later. If you hire them you can sit back and you don't have to worry about anything. No need to follow or check on them, they know exactly what they are doing and can probably do almost any type of carpentry. I am already passing out his cards, its difficult in our area to find such a refreshing contractor and not a fly by night person who want money up front to buy supplies but doesn't return for a week, its very normal here. It was such a nice relief having friendly and trustful workers that gave back a young man with a fatal disorder and children a part of his life back that I haven't had in over ten years. I can go to my daughters basketball and track meets. I miss those days and my daughter is being highly recruited by DI schools and I never saw a live game. Once in a while I had a video from a parent. I never knew she was so amazing , I knew she was good, but not that good. Now, I will get to see her play, because I can hook the chair to the car and I can sit in a chair, not in bleachers. So really, how do you thank someone that actually improved my quality of life with such an excellent job making a ramp where there was nothing. I will have him fix my faucet next and I'm sure my wife has some work too. I will recommend him to everyone that needs any work done right the first time. Overall: one awesome job and thank you again!

Excavate or Grade the Slope of the Grounds

This job was far more than just excavating, and this is what I loved about Willie and his crew. He had redone my basement after flood damaged, and we had him back to address some of our grading issues that led to the damage. But as with his first job for us, he identified and addressed a bunch of problems big and small. He tore out trees, redirected some serious drainage, improved our sidewalks and driveways, and landscaped everything beautifully. The core of the job was mostly invisible and preventative (regrading), but his quality work also added a ton to our curb appeal.

Repair a Concrete Foundation

Wily was hired to replace about 28 feet of a foundation. Not an easy job. They completed the job in about a week and half. Friendly, personable, a true visionary, and very reasonably priced. Excellent work quality. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

He did a total remodel job on our bathroom, custom walk -in shower, tile work, electrical, painting and carpentry. First quality work. Handshake and he came through with what we had asked.

Had bath tub removed and shower put in. New cabinet, counter top and wash bowl . Built in two shelves at no extra cost. painted walls. Very pleased. 4 days work. Has to come back to calk between counter top and wall. Said he would come back and do it. Will let you know if he does. Other than that very pleased .

I hired Wil to replace 85 feet of deck railing on my enormous deck. He also installed a new set of steps on the west side of the deck where I previously had no steps. I cannot express my thoughts in words as it is just overwhelming how much of a difference the new railing makes in the appearance from the front of my home. The quality of the work is second to none. He and his workers completed the job in only two days. This crew is quick and professional and I certainly would hire them again for any future work I may need done. I highly recommend Wilmarc Construction for all of your maintenance needs.

Remodel a Bathroom

Our project for Willie/team was to remoldel bathroom and rebuild. Home is a log home and ended up having some unexpected challenges. Willie was very professional and addressed the problems providing ways to correct and implementing the improvements. We expanded the project to include some fans, water heater, pumping and light fixtures throughout the house. He had some great ideas with ways to improve the overall remodeling design of the bathroom so that it tied in with the log interior. I am very happy with the finished bathroom and would consider Willie for other remolding projects.

We hired Willy to remodel our hall bathroom. He did a total gut of the room and replaced everything, including moving a window. He did a great job! We love the finished product! We will definitely be asking him to bid on future work.
